Pork!

I found a nice pork loin at the store, which is called pork filet here for some reason.  This is one of the most flavorless cuts of pork, so I decided to make pulled pork with half and roast the rest.

Roast Pork Loin

Marinade the pork for 2 hours with olive oil, worcestershire, garlic, cayenne, salt, rosemary, cinnamon and cumin.  Sear lightly in a frying pan.  Heat oven to 100 C and lightly wrap loin in foil.  Cook for around an hour, or until the middle isn’t pink.  (should be done to 150 F w/ a meat thermometer) Let rest 15 min before devouring.

Pulled Pork

Boil pork with onion, garlic, salt, cayenne, rosemary and cumin for 2 hours.  Let cool then shred pork.  Cook with BBQ sauce, either homemade or stubb’s.
